Our business is broadly divided into three pillars; reliability evaluation business, microfabrication business, and other businesses. And in addition to these, we have a research and development department that conducts research and development with the keywords of "power semiconductors and automotives". Our basic policy is to establish evaluation technology for environmental performance and safety performance and contribute to the realization of a safe and comfortable future society, and we will continue to strive for the benefit of all stakeholders with the slogan of creating "Future Quality".
Reliability Evaluation Business
We conduct reliability evaluation tests including such as electrical tests, vibration tests for electronic components, failure analysis of defective products, cross-sectional sample preparation, package resin opening, and manufacturing and sales of testing machines.
Because we are able to develop test environments for electronic circuits, software, water cooling mechanisms, etc. in-house, we have been able to perform tests that have never been done before in the industry and have grown significantly by being able to respond to the diverse needs of our customers.
In addition, we are gaining trust within the industry for reliability testing of power semiconductors by being able to provide comprehensive support before and after reliability testing, including analysis and evaluation of components and board mounting areas, and suggestions for improvement. In recent years, we have built a system that not only conducts reliability tests but also provides comprehensive support, from conducting tests based on international standards to obtaining standard certification.
Currently, we are actively involved in the development of reliability testing standards with organizations such as IPC (Association Connecting Electronics Industries) and JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association). Looking ahead, we believe it's possible for us to take on a leadership role as rule-makers and prioritize the promotion of reliability evaluation projects.

Microfabrication Business
We perform prototype and mass production laser processing for build-up boards, flexible printed circuit boards, etc. We have a track record of continuing to meet the strict demands of customers in all product areas, from smartphones to medical devices, with a wide range of capabilities regardless of genre. We also have an advantage over our competitors in terms of the number of equipment we own, and by introducing the latest equipment, we have established a system to meet the technical needs of the electronic parts industry.
We provide large-lot mass production processing for board manufacturers who do not have their own laser processing machines and outsource the processing, which is extremely difficult to manage due to slight changes in the environment such as temperature and humidity, and individual differences between each piece of equipment. Our strength is that we can flexibly respond to all types of requests, from laser processing evaluation of new materials to prototype processing with extremely short lead times, and this is why we have been able to continue our business for over 20 years.
Microfabrication

We provide genetic testing services for detecting gene mutations causing genetic diseases in dogs and cats, as well as contract testing services for bio-medical products (such as packaging materials and syringes) in the bio-business. Additionally, we engage in various consulting services through our Zero Innovation business and surface treatment technology business.
We offer improvement proposals that ensure high quality and reliability for the products developed by our customers. To achieve this, we tirelessly conduct basic experiments and repeat reproduction experiments, accumulating expertise and data. We believe that "diversity and inclusion" are essential for the foundation of these improvement proposals. Therefore, we create an environment where individuals with diverse expertise and values, regardless of age or gender, can participate, share ideas, and collaborate in co-creation and co-working.
Furthermore, we undertake processing for cutting-edge materials, from prototyping to mass production, such as surface treatment processing for new materials, and we also develop businesses that are unparalleled by other companies.

R&D
Reserch on Power Semiconductor
We have an industry-leading track record in the power cycle testing contract market for reliability testing, and have earned the trust of many customers. To leverage this advantage, we are conducting the following research to provide a highly reliable mounting technology/surface treatment technology.
- Mechanism analysis of migration phenomenon (a phenomenon in which metal moves on an insulator or at an interface due to the influence of an electric field), which is a cause of junction failure in power semiconductors.
- Development of void-free solder that does not generate voids in the solder that cause bonding failures in power semiconductors.
- Development of solder plating technology suitable for high temperature bonding.
- Development of image analysis software for voids and cracks in solder joints, etc.
Reserch on Automotives
As the advancement of autonomous driving and electrification progresses, the issue of noise in automobiles becomes more complex, requiring the handling of high frequencies. In response to these industry trends, we are conducting research on the following:
- We are currently developing capacitors that feature high-speed charging, which will become a necessity with the electrification of automobiles, using our proprietary technology, water-based electrolyte.
- Efforts to identify customer issues through EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) consulting and turn them into businesses, and research activities aimed at establishing evaluation technology for high frequency measurement (millimeter waves, high-speed communications, etc.)
- Development of electrolyte materials for solid-state batteries and establishment of electrical property evaluation methods.
