銅表面への指紋付着による腐食
プリント配線板のスルーホールメッキの仕上がり確認において、X線による非破壊観察の後、研磨による破壊観察を行い、不良状態を直接確認します。
蛍光顕微鏡観察
研磨センターに送られてくるサンプルの多くは、耐久性試験を実施された後のものです。耐久試験によって発生した微細なクラックや剥離を明確に把握したい要望が高まりつつある中、より鮮明な観察を実現するために、埋め込み樹脂に蛍光塗料を入れて、それを蛍光顕微鏡で観察する手法を開発いたしました。
